In 2021, BOCH CERT added an additional layer of communications to our emergency response toolbox through the use of the cell phone app ZELLO. This app works on iPhone and Android platforms, uses either cell or wifi, and works across long distances where traditional radios would not. The following is a brief introduction to the use of ZELLO.
